A new generation of Solar Water Desalination with groundbreaking efficiencies!

SolarSpace is developing water desalination system based on Freeze Dry (Sublimation) methods. Sublimation is when a solid (ice) changes directly to a vapor, skipping liquid (water) phase. Our system will freeze the water, put it under vacuum and introduce heat. At about -5°C ice will be fully evaporated without reaching a boiling point and condensed, while all solids will be left dry in a powder form.
